This 1951 2.5-ton GMC was the idea of a chef with wild ambitions. He wanted a very vintage, mobile wood fired pizza oven. A what?! Yes, a mobile 4500lbs Italian made stone and mortar wood fired, pizza oven. How is this going to work? Luckily, with the help of an engineer, we decided that the 2003 4x4 F550 chassis would be sufficient for carrying this creation along with the placement on the chassis. This creation was cross-pollenating at its finest and the end result was an absolutely beautiful piece of functional art. This vehicle can be seen cruising around in the canyons of Big Sky and all the way to far off destinations.

(Side note: this project started our desire for the ability to perform all needed work in house. Paint and body work being primary focus.)
